If you wish to use www.cottonhome.ae you must read and agree to be bound by our policies which are detailed below in our Terms & Conditions, along with any other rules on our website.

By accessing, registering and/or continuing to use or access our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Legal Documents with immediate effect. These Terms of Use and the Legal Documents are subject to change by us at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use and Legal Documents as so modified. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as Registered User using the computer systems. Cotton Home allows the User to surf the Platform or making purchases without registering on the Platform. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Cotton Home Trading LLC.

When you register or place an order on our website, we gather a little information about you to help us provide a better service to you now and in future:

When you order we ask your name, address, email address, telephone number, delivery address, credit/debit card number, expiry date and security code. Without this information we would be unable to process your order or notify you of our acceptance of your order.

When you place a reservation, we ask for your name, email address and telephone number.

We use your information only for the following purposes:

  • Processing your order or reservation;
  • Updating you about the progress of your delivery or collection;
  • To serve personalized content to you;
  • To contact you about leaving a review on a product once your order has been completed.
  • If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you

Your details may be disclosed to other businesses within the Cotton Home Group and to Our sister concerns and to reputable third parties who will help process your order. We requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UAE's customer Satisfaction departments. We will not release your details to any company outside of the Cotton Home Group for marketing purposes.
We keep a record of your orders with us, so that we can deal with any issues with your order and so that we know what interests you and can tailor future offers to suit you.

We also keep a record of any emails you send us so that we can provide you with an excellent standard of customer care should you need to contact us at any time.
The information, which you supply to us, is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. All information such as your name, address, payment details, email address is stored on secure servers.
It is vital that the information you to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. And that you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If any changes please contact us immediately

Order acceptance
Orders placed online are an offer to purchase made by you and may be accepted by us subject to availability. You must be 18 or over to order from us. We endeavor to display all items in our current internet range. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the item(s), we will automatically highlight this as being out of stock.

A series of basic online steps is required to create a contract between you and us:

You confirm your order for products on our website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process.
You will receive an order acknowledgment detailing the item/s you have ordered provided the email address we hold for you has been entered correctly. If the email address is wrong you will not receive an email. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Cotton Home.
For items being delivered to you (as opposed to Click & Collect), when your order is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered from our warehouse, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions given for contract cancellation.
If an order is placed by a business or retail site with the intention of directly reselling goods purchased from us, we reserve the right to cancel this order prior dispatch. We also reserve the right to cancel any bulk order (for over 15 units of the same item) that may be placed by a business and /or where delivery is to be made to a business premises.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
If due to technical errors in pricing and/or details incorrectly shown on our website, inability to gain authorization on your payment or your product being unavailable from stock, we reserve the right not to accept orders

Sharing of images
By responding to our request to share your image(s) you are agreeing to the following: User Content - As between you and us, you own all content and information you post or share using our website (referred to as “User Content”), such as posting or sharing comments, photos, videos, username, social media handle or account name, real name, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Content. We may display advertisements in connection with your User Content or on pages where your User Content may be viewed by you or others, and we may use your User Content to advertise and promote Cotton Home, or our website. Our license to your User Content is non-exclusive, meaning you may use the User Content for your own purposes or let others use your User Content for their purposes. Our license to your User Content is fully-paid, transferable and royalty free, meaning we do not owe you anything else in connection with our use of your User Content. Finally, our license is perpetual and irrevocable. You represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years old; You are the sole author and owner of all rights to your User Content and that you have the right to give Cotton Home the rights described above; All moral rights that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you; Use of the content you supply does not violate these terms of use and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

You further agree and warrant that you will not submit any content that: includes any information that references other persons, websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cotton home (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, anyone related to Our business.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable lawyers' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

With the exception of any personal data, the use of which is covered by our Privacy Policy, all User Content may be used at Cotton Home's sole discretion. We reserves the right to change, condense or delete any User Content placed by you on Our website that we deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these terms of use. We may refuse to accept or transmit User Content for any reason. We may remove User Content from our website for any reason.

EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returning your product because you've changed your mind
Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 15 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist; this can take up to 14 days. Refund will be processed after this and it may take up to 25 working days.

Under any circumstance Refund will be made through credit card/debit card, Bank Transfer or through cheque.


Returning a faulty item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Please disable any security features and remove your personal data.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order before the item is dispatched(This will NOT be applicable on customized or made  to measure orders). You can check your eligibility for cancellation by calling us on (+971) 504629494

Once cancelled before dispatching the item you should receive your refund within 7-10 working days.

  • Can I add items to my order?


Items cannot be added to an order once it has been placed. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.

  • Can I remove items from my order?


It is not possible to remove items from an order once it has been placed. Once you have received your order you will need to follow our returns process for the unwanted items.

  • How do I change my delivery address?


For security and fraud prevention the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

  • Can I change or cancel my order for Made To Order furniture or Made To Measure curtains and blinds?


Made to Order Furniture: We provide a 3-day ‘cooling-off’ period for Made To Order furniture orders, during which time you can contact us on (+971) 504629494 to cancel or amend your order. Once the cooling-off period has passed, cancellations and amendments are no longer possible as we will begin creating your custom made item/s immediately.

Made to Measure Curtains and Soft Blinds: For Made To Measure Curtains and Soft Blinds, if you change your mind and wish to amend or cancel any part of your order, you must inform the store you placed the order in before closing on the same day you placed the order.

Made to Measure Hard Blinds: Since all items are made to order, cancellations or changes to your order are not possible once the order has been placed. If, for any reason, you want to make changes immediately after placing your order, please call our Customer Services team on (+971) 504629494 to see if this is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee to cancel or amend your order as your blinds may have already gone into production.

Exclusions from Cotton Home’s returns and refund policy

At Cotton Home, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that certain products are excluded from our returns and refund policy. These exclusions include:

  1. Mattresses: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for mattresses once they have been delivered. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase and take advantage of our physical samples available in-store for testing firmness and comfort.

  2. Customized Sofas: Our customized sofas are tailored to your specific preferences and requirements. As such, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds if the customer decides to change their mind after the purchase.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our returns and refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items, unless faulty:

  • Custom made items: Made to Measure curtains, blinds and accessories
  • Cut to length fabric
  • Made to Order sofas and upholstery items
  • Food, drink and other perishable items

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging:

  • Pillows
  • Mattress toppers
  • Mattress and bedding protectors
  • Duvets and duvet covers
  • Pillows and pillowcases
  • Bed sheets
  • Throws and blankets
  • Toilet seats

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

a. Damages due to misuse of product;

b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

c. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

d. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

e. Digital products/services (Flyte music downloads)

f. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

g. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

h. Jewellery which is 'made to order' on customer's request

On Clothing and Footwear, qualified sellers accept 30 day exchange subject to the following conditions:

Clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.

Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

Returns are not applicable for 'Made to order' jewelry, Inner-wear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, etc.

Damaged or defective or 'Not as described' products in Lifestyle category (includes clothing, footwear, etc.) are meanwhile covered by the 10 Day

Selling

As a registered seller, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale on the Platform in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on our Platform. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Platform. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfillment of sales.

The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Platform. Cotton Home reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
