At Cotton Home, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with easy delivery and returns. Please read our policies carefully as they vary by product category.
General Delivery Information
All orders are processed and shipped within the specified time frame mentioned at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
For bulky items like furniture and mattresses, please ensure your delivery space (doors, corridors, elevator) can accommodate the product.
Return & Refund Policy
Bedding (Sheets, Pillows, Duvets, Towels, etc.)
You may return bedding items within 7 days of delivery.
We offer easy and free returns, covering the return shipping costs.
Exceptions:
Promotional or flash sale items
Items under 100 AED
Used or damaged products
Return requests outside the 7-day period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Defective items must be reported to our customer service team within 1 day of delivery.
Mattresses
Mattress returns are subject to special conditions due to hygiene and safety reasons.
You may report any defects or delivery issues within 1 day of receiving the mattress.
Mattress returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Ensure the mattress remains in its original packaging and unused condition for any return to be accepted.
Furniture (Sofas, Armchairs, Custom Orders, etc.)
Non-Returnable Policy: Once a furniture order is placed, it cannot be returned.
Cancellation: Furniture orders may be canceled within 2 days of placement, before production begins.
Custom-Made Furniture:
Orders for custom-made sofas cannot be modified or canceled once production starts.
Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:
Incorrect measurements of the product
Wrong design delivered
Completely different color than specified
Please review all product details carefully before placing your furniture order.
Defective Items
For defective products, keep all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
If the returned product is not in a fully resalable condition or packaging/accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
