CASH ON DELIVERY
CoD (Cash on Delivery) allows the buyer to choose a product from Cottonhome.ae according to their liking and pay at the time of delivery. With fewer chances of fraud or default, cash on delivery (CoD), sometimes called collect on delivery, is viable and most preferred medium of payment for online buyers. Delivered through mail, the payment is made upon receipt of the order rather than in advance. “Cash” can also be extended to other modes of payment such as credit card or cheque.
At Cottonhome, we want the online shopping experience to be same as shopping offline. Hence, if the purchaser does not make payment at the time of delivery then the goods are returned.
The advantages of CoD for the buyer are:
• No need for credit card transactions involved
• No payment required at the time of ordering instead payment is made when the goods are delivered. This builds mutual trust among buyers and Cottonhome.ae
• Cottonhome offers CoD services to buyers all over UAE and is currently one of the largest Cash on Delivery networks in the region.
- Any other form of payment i.e. DD or cheque will not be accepted by the courier agent/company rider
- CoD payment mode is applicable to a fee amount of 5 AED
- CoD facility is applicable only if the buyer is a resident of UAE.
- No item priced above AED 7,500 will be available for purchase through Cash on Delivery.
- The courier company will contact the buyer to confirm the delivery date and time. The buyer should ensure availability at the time of delivery along with the transaction amount in cash.
- The buyer cannot open the package before submitting the transaction amount to the courier agent.
CARD ON DELIVERY
Buyer can make the payment using their debit or credit card at the time of delivery. This option is currently available for Dubai and Sharjah, Ajman only.
Cottonhome.ae accepts a variety of secure and trusted payment methods that vary depending on your country of residence. The standard available methods are; Cash on Delivery (CoD), Card on Delivery for offline payments, MasterCard, and Visa. We strive that your shopping experience is completely secured. This way you can be sure that your financial information is safe and you can make a secure transaction without any worries
Cottonhome.ae, as previously mentioned, accepts Visa and MasterCard. Just enter your card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
*For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than your local currency, your bank or credit card company may charge fees according to the conversion rate applicable in that region.
The purchases can be returned within 7 days of delivered item. We believe in Easy and Free Returns and you can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs. However, this does not apply to promotional or flash sale product.
Item less than 100AED value are not eligible for returns.
Items with used not eligible for returns.
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
• Return requests are initiated outside the specified period, of 7 days from delivery.
• Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
• Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
• Defective products, which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
• we can't take returns under Flash Sale / Clearness Sale/ Low price clearance or other sales deals. If the product which you have receive has any defect please inform the customer service team within 1day of receiving the product. No refund or replacement will be done against these sales products

If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 days to return them.
• The item is not on the Non-Returnable list.
• You cannot return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
• Only the items with 'Retail Packaging' never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.
In the case of a defected item, please make sure that original packaging is preserved such as labels, accessories, manuals and/or tags; in case of mobile phones.
If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Under credit card payment method, amount will be refunded to the charged card only.
Cash/Card on delivery customers will receive Store Credit equal to the price paid, redeemable at cottonhome.ae or customer can ask to send or can collect from our physical address
